I get a lot of stuff here on a regular basis. Deb and Dave are a joy to work with. The rest of the staff especially Whiny he and Dianna are also very cool. Very upbeat and positive attitude whenever I walk into the store. You can tell this team has a healthy culture. I'm happy to be a proud customer of the Papillion Lowe's. Sometimes I go out of my way just to go to Papillion as I drive around working all day. I'd rather get parts from here than any other store.

They were very helpful while purchasing a refrigerator. Even got the extended warranty. But purchasing the zero clearance refrigerator LG, it has never worked since day one properly. The refrigerator is set at 34° and it will never Drop below 39°. We’ve had lukewarm milk for three weeks. I’ve had the service tech come by once After completing over the phone troubleshooting and so far, they can’t find anything wrong with the refrigerator. I’m in desperate need to just Get a new refrigerator because even if we do get this working properly, who’s to say it’s not gonna work in two weeks or next year. I’m in the middle of my storyline and I hope things will get better but as of now they want to send another service tech over to troubleshoot a problem that they can’t find. I hope this story ends soon. I will update if things get better.

Went to this Lowe’s in Papillion, Nebraska and was helped by Keith. Couldn’t ask for a better service member to help us get done what we were trying to do. Keith is a wealth of information and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this store and especially Keith.

I would not recommend having Lowe's third party delivery service deliver or install appliances. This was a horrible experience (on a second delivery attempt the refrigerator arrived damaged) and nobody seemed to care either from the delivery service or the store.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
