  The store itself is great. I love it, and I want to make it very clear that the other employees were perfectly fine. My issue is specifically with Lana and the absolutely unacceptable way she treated my husband and me. We came in intending to make a larger purchase of four dining chairs. Instead of being treated like valued customers, Lana spoke to us as if we were completely clueless, talked down to us about our choices, and made us feel as though we had no idea what we should be purchasing. Her attitude was unbelievably condescending from the beginning. What made it even worse was how unnecessarily loud she was when speaking to us. It felt belittling, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. We are grown adults spending our own money, and there was absolutely no reason for her to speak to us or treat us the way she did. I am honestly extremely upset by the entire interaction. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I could write paragraphs detailing every rude and unnecessary comment she made, but I refuse to give this woman any more of my time or energy. I genuinely love this store, which makes this even more disappointing. One employee managed to completely ruin our experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses the way Lana speaks to and treats customers because no one spending their money at your store deserves to be made to feel stupid or talked down to.

  My wife and I go here lot.My only complaint is sometimes they're a little spendy.

  Fast variety if produce from all over the globe. Very nice shop and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised.

  This store’s customer service is horrible! Their checkers need more training. Ordering online and pick up in store is a broken process (to match the broken links they send). Do better!
