- RTRalph Tschantz5 days ago4.0We were pleased with the response but somewhat disappointed in the installation. Our initial installer was pulled off the job and was replaced after several hours in.The “handover” took more time out of our day as the new installer was brought up to speed. We were also disappointed to find the new installer did not connect the 2nd panel. We had to get an emergency fix at 9pm as we were leaving town early in the morning. The installers were very pleasant but a bit too much coming and going.

Also, a shout out to the install technicians. They were very professional, friendly and informative. They even took the time to explain to me what they were doing during the install. The install was flawless and the technicians explained how the system works and even provided helpful hints. Brendon also offered helpful hints after the install was completed. Great customer service, great employees, the whole experience was great! A great choice in home security. Ezzard
