  The staff at Olympic Pool and Spa are always so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products they sell. We purchased our Sundance Spa from them many years ago and continue to see them for chemicals and maintenance. Highly recommend!

  Horrible staff, expensive, lackluster service. As a new pool owner, I went to them to de-winterize my pool. The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.
