  I worked with the team at Lien for a house that we recently purchased with major cockroach infestation. It was bad, like nasty. It did take about 6 treatments to get them under control, but was pleased with the results and will continue to use them in the future.

  Phil is phenomenal!!! He does a great job spraying, very informative, super professional, and a great sense of humor. We appreciate all that he does for us! We could not ask for a better technician!

  I would not recommend. I was referred to this company by my housing agency. This is the cheapest company they could find and they have a contract with them. This is supposed to be helpful because they split up the payments. My issue is the spray they use is very cheap. I had a reinfestation. When I called the first response was it was my fault and someone brought them back in. If only I could illustrate how much of an introvert I am. No one brought this to my house. When Phil the inspector came out he showed me untreated areas indicating a reason for my reinfestation. He spoke with the housing maintenance and his employers in front of me in my living room. I heard him tell both parties of what he saw and his recommendation that I shouldn't be charged. Now here we are almost $600 later and I still have a bill. And on top of that I have to find another company that will probably charge upfront because my housing agency insists that I need another treatment. And still pay my rent on time. Moral of the story for me, do not use housing recommended cheap services just because it's convenient. And then to blame me and say it works for everyone else. Everybody ain't the same. There's always going to be a situation you haven't dealt with that needs to be considered based on that situation, not just grouped together as no one else complained. Also we discussed this via text as a follow to the conversation.
