Today i went in and spoke with Kelly about a unit but before i stopped there i went to another competitor down the same street and let me tell you the incredible difference in customer service and the cleanliness level of the 2 places. we are definitely going to go with Kelly at Extra Space

Overall 10 out of 10 and the employee Kelly who was working was awesome. Kelly is seriously great at what she does. I went in needing a unit and she was patient, professional, and actually took the time to walk me through everything and show me the space. No rush, no scripted answers—just helpful and straightforward.
The place is clean and well kept (I’ve seen her out there keeping things looking good), and the whole process was easy because of her. It’s nice when someone at a storage place actually seems to care and knows what they’re doing.
Would definitely recommend this location on 192nd and Edna, especially if Kelly’s working. She made a real difference.
