Terrible- have been in this storage facility for 4 months and have been broken into twice.
Now they took my monthly payment out and charged me almost double the amount from what I signed up for month to month. So you don’t have great security and then you want to charge me more 🙄

Ash is a great guy and easy to work. Today I received a rate increase that would almost double my rent on my unit! Ridiculous especially when there are so many storage places in Omaha. I’m moving out at the end of my lease. Shame on them for such a high increase.
