We have had a storage space here for nearly 10 years. It has undergone a few management/ownership changes. This most recent time resulted in a 50% increase in the monthly fee. I spoke with Kelly and she was able to get this increase reduced significantly (although still higher than the previous cost). Kelly was unfailingly pleasant and was my advocate. Thank you Kelly!

I had gotten a rental rate increase and was so upset that i went into the office with intent to move out and Kelly was so helpful. She explained how rental rate increases had to happen to maintain upgrades and stuff which I understand that but she reached out and instead of a $25 increase i only ended up with a $8 increase which I appreciate and to be fair the place is way cleaner than the other 2 place I looked at Dinos and public storage so i was ok with the increase. You pay for what you get just my words of wisdom

I inquired about a storage and the lady Kelly was very formal and polite. I would have rented however at the time there were not any climate controlled units available I told her i will def be checking back as the place was clean and looks up to date.

They're conveniently located, and it has an app where you can use it to get inside the gate. The facilities are clean and the staff is well trained. They also offer senior and military discounts.

Whitney was very helpful with our unit. Extra Space is the cleanest storage in town with the nicest people.
