  We recently had our ducts cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the moment they showed up, the team was friendly, and respectful. They took the time to walk me through what they were doing and made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how careful they were in my home. They worked efficiently but didn’t cut corners, and they made sure everything stayed clean while they were working. It really felt like they cared about doing a good job, not just getting in and out. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned.

  These guys were great!! Now I know why my nose hasn't stopped running since I moved into this house. The ducts were filthy! After DuctMedic finished, they're spotless. The guys were on time, polite, efficient and more than gracious in explaining everything they were doing. They were careful to leave everything just they way they found it and cleaned any mess they made. On top of that, the office staff (Courtney) was super-helpful and friendly.

  They did a fabulous job on our house that we moved into that is about 20 years old. We knew the vents were gross but had no idea they were that bad! The technician said it was the first time he found a dirty diaper and it was not from our kids…..previous owners son is now 18 year old! 😧 Very thorough cleaning, friendly technicians, and explained things really well if I had any questions! Now we can breathe easy! Thank you!

  I was pleasantly surprised how quickly DuctMedic in Omaha was able to schedule a duct cleaning at our house. The three-man crew arrived right on time and each performed their job professionally and efficiently. My allergies thank you! I can breathe again!
