The team that came in to my home did a great job at explaining the process, protecting my environment, and cleaning up any residual mess even though I did not do my best at moving my own furniture out of the way in preparation for them! They were really nice guys and did a great job. I highly recommend!!

Excellent work and very accommodating scheduling! Called to get ducts cleaned on a house before my parents move in, but trying to schedule after a flooring install and before a housekeeping company. Courtney in the Omaha office was so polite and helpful even when I had to reschedule as other things moved around. Everything was flawless from the reminders to the timely arrival of the workers, who even called when they were on their way, and the communication to explain the process. They sent me photos the very next business day and it was very obvious that the ducts were in desperate need of cleaning based on the before and after pics! I can't recommend them enough; it's a service you probably don't even know you need, but especially for our family members with asthma and allergies, it's worth every penny.

Tristan and Dallas were outstanding in assisting with cleaning the ducts at my sister's house. They were friendly and respectful, handled the introduction and instructions on the process line champions, and slayed any concerns that I might have had. I felt comfortable leaving the guys at the house. They locked up when I couldn't get back. They called to inform me of the process, the problems and the solutions. Five stars, guys. Thank you for a job well done! I'll use the company again!

We had a fantastic experience with DuctMedic. Courtney in the front office was extremely efficient and great to work with for scheduling. Our technicians Drew and Corey were very kind and very attentive to detail. They did a wonderful job and our house feels so much cleaner. I highly recommend DuctMedic!
