  We had a major expense for our 30 year-old monogram, GE refrigerator freezer built-in counter depth. We had to replace the compressor and the icemaker. The icemaker had some issues with the water overfilling and the service manager did extensive research to figure out how to adjust that. It took them a couple of visits, but they did get it perfect and we’re super to work with! Highly recommend.

  They did an outstanding job! Difficult job and they never gave up! Not only did I appreciate their hard work but they were very understanding and patient with the entire process. Would always call this company first. They appreciate their customers. Very rare today. Thanks again for taking such good care of me.

  We’ve had positive experiences with Andy’s on our microwave (a lot of companies won’t service microwaves), cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer. Appointments scheduled in a timely manner, and I love that you can track your technician on day of service. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable technicians!

  We had Andy's come out to repair our washer. They told us the replacement part would take four days to arrive. Once it came in, they scheduled the repair and gave us a two-hour service window. On the day of the appointment, the technician didn't call until the very end of that two-hour window. He said he had slammed on his brakes while driving and damaged the new part, so he wouldn't be able to complete the repair. What doesn't make sense is that he then said he could order another part and have it arrive in time to reschedule the repair for the very next day. It's hard to understand how the exact same part that supposedly took four days to arrive the first time could suddenly be available overnight. The explanation didn't seem credible, and the lack of communication until the end of the appointment window made the experience even more frustrating.

  This place is quite a joke. We just moved into a new house and before we closed Andy’s “repaired” the oven. Welp turns out the thing they fixed wasn’t actually fixed and was showing the same error that they supposedly “fixed”. We contacted them about their warranty and they said the warranty does not apply to the work or appliance itself, but the person who called. We asked for this warranty policy in writing which they could not provide. Which seems odd for a company that’s been around for this long. We then asked that if the old owners called, who originally had it repaired, then would it be covered? They said yes. The owners did call and then we received an email that actually that wasn’t the case and they wouldn’t honor the warranty. Mind you, this was all within their “30 day warranty” period. Needless to say we will not have them repair it again because they didn’t even repair it in the first place and refused to honor their warranty. A whole lot of mixed messages, 0 proof of any of these policies, and lack of accountability. Quite a shame that there is 0 pride in their work. Im sure I will get a snarky response because that’s all we have gotten from them. Do you need an appliance fixed? I recommend avoiding Andy’s and their sub par work and customer service. Update: we appreciate your reply and hopefully we can get this resolved and I can edit this review to be more positive. We are truly hopeful that this was just a one off and we can continue to handle this situation appropriately and professionally. Thank you. Second update: we were scheduled for 9-12 on July 23rd. Randomly our technician tracking stopped working. They cancelled the appointment and failed to communicate this either of us. So they scheduled it then realized they needed two technicians the day they were supposed to perform the repair? Then they just cancel with 0 communication? We didn’t find this out until after we emailed, texted and then called because we had been waiting around for them all morning and afternoon. Then they rescheduled for the next week without even confirming that someone would be home. I mean seriously, what is going on over there?
