- MOMedical Professional and Business Owner4 days ago3.0Very slow to get visited 3 times for same problem waited 2 weeks each time.. True freezer NOT repaired and must be replaced. Should have figured this out months earlier !
- EVEarl vonRentzell5 days ago5.0Andy's Appliance replaced our A/C & Heating units with a Trane system. Their pricing was competitive and the best price of those who submitted bids. Installation was professional and they left the workspace clean and ready. Nearly 4 months on the A/C units have functioned greatly. Look forward to having them perform the annual maintenance.
- JPJanet PetersenSep 24, 20265.0I had contacted another service and the price they wanted to charge for the repair I needed was way above what I could afford. I was so relieved when I called your service and repair man came out, fixed my problem and charged a very REASONABLE price. I will continue to use your service if the need arises.
- SWSydney WellerSep 24, 20265.0We had a great experience with Travis from Andy’s Appliance Repair! He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be repaired, called ahead before coming to our home, and arrived right on time. He was able to repair our refrigerator quickly and made the entire process easy. We really appreciated his professionalism and great service. Thank you, Travis!
- TBT BashoSep 18, 20265.0My expensive LG dryer finally had an issue after 11 years. I called LG's national service line and they listed only 2 authorized LG services in eastern NE. I'd heard of Andy's, so I called. The scheduling was efficient and the service window clearly communicated - even a technician tracking function. Very nice. The technician, Mark, showed up on time and fixed and reassembled the dryer like he had designed it himself. Awesome work. Andy's will now be my first choice for appliance repair. Thanks guys!
