  Josh, my technician, was amazing. He spent 4 hours cleaning my ducts. He was very courteous and professional. Explaining everything he was going to do and kept me updated throughout the process. My house doesn't smell like cat anymore and after seeing the before and after pics, I feel confident all that stuff coming out are gone forever.

  Wow! So glad we reached out to Affordable to help us with 35 years of build up in our air ducts, as well as well as unclogging our dryer vent. Our professional technician, Josh was absolutely the best! He communicated with us every step of the way from reconfirming what we ordered, to updates with before and after pictures of his progress. Josh was very professional and conscientiously very fastidious as he completed each part of the program. His 13 years of experience allowed him to be efficient and as newcomers to duct cleaning, gave us the confidence that we made the right decision to get it done as well as the right folks to do it. Throughout their visit, we quickly noticed how much more our air conditioner was working and an immediate improvement in the quality of our air.   The service was great. The communication throughout the process from beginning to end was fantastic. The scheduler was confident, organized and on top of it. She was excellent. The technician (Josh) was as good. He kept in touch with me even as his prior job ran long. Upon arrival, he was on the ball and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained what he found and gave recommendations for the future that made sense. I would definitely use him again for future dryer vent cleanings.

  I’ve been shopping around the omaha metro area for some time now, in hopes to find a reliable and experienced duct cleaning service. Josh was the man with the plan! He took his time explaining to me the various services the company offered and me not knowing what I needed, I went ahead and opted for the full shebang. Josh went out of his way to educate me on what he suggests, based on the current condition of my system. He could’ve easily upsold me “the latest and greatest” but he didn’t. He saved me a few hundred dollars of unnecessary services and did such a great job! I would definitely recommend him on any given day! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
