I broke up with rent a center and came to Aaron’s. The first Day I met these people I was all in for them being my new permanent rental place. I will never do business with anyone else. The ladies are so amazing and helpful. Great deals and prices. Unlike others who want to lie and price gouge. Anyone who’s ever looking for a good company to work with, Aaron’s is the place to go (only this location though).

I was told it's a possibility or I had to wait until Monday I was fine with that, but I called and spoke with Jen and she told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked her why when you do the paperwork online it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days instead we get it when the payment is due that is not the part they tell you. Which is fine if they would tell you so fast forward I spoke with Jen she told her manager that I cursed her out and hung up on her, which is far from the truth we hung up mutually and he said he believes his employee so they don't want to rent to me when I only asked questions hopefully they would have asked being in my shoes

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
