I broke up with rent a center and came to Aaron’s. The first Day I met these people I was all in for them being my new permanent rental place. I will never do business with anyone else. The ladies are so amazing and helpful. Great deals and prices. Unlike others who want to lie and price gouge. Anyone who’s ever looking for a good company to work with, Aaron’s is the place to go (only this location though).

Scheduled payments for middle of month and they harass you at the beginning of the month. Complete joke returned it and found it 1000 dollars cheaper at NFM

And they didn’t show up until 1:30. And I set up a second one for today to have them pick up stuff and they were again suppose to be there at 8 :00 am and I told Danielle that I had to be to work at 9:00 am and I work in Omaha so I have to leave my house around 8:15 or so. And they show up at 8:45 . If you tell someone you will be there at 8:00am then that means be there when you say you are , not half hour late or a hour. I am not going to sit around and wait for you. You guys sure do not know how to run a business. And also I think it is very uncalled for to be very rude to my neighbor, asking her if she has a key to my place and all that . And no she does not. So I guess if you want to pickup stuff then be on time , and be there when you say you are going be there not 30 , or 45 , hour late.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
