  I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS but I feel like this honest review (with accurate context) is very needed for any future customer. Management hours are incorrect, office manager was never in office when I arrived twice during the hours listed, especially when I was locked in the facility for 45 mins. When the manager would address her absence (excluding the other two unannounced absences) via email, she sent the email TWO HOURS prior to being out of office for 2 days following a weekend. **Below I attached the receipt for reference.** I found this very unprofessional due to the fact that I, in my case, or anyone would be able to rearrange their plan if they needed to address any problems or issues in office. When expressing my frustration to the manager, she was very defensive and had snarky comments including “well how should I know you needed to come into the office”. As a customer, I felt that situation could’ve been handled differently as the customer should be their number one priority when managing a business. Besides management, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the storage unit that I had for one month.

  I’ve rented from this place before and I would’ve given him a five out of five but as of today, no way I couldn’t believe it that I’m looking at my contract, signed it in February and in July, she raised my rent because other units around the city were raising their rents. I wasn’t even there a year. It went from 144 to 176 without no warning. Then she was charging me $12 a month for insurance, which I had coverage through my homeowners insurance again no outline no warning just added it to my bill when I gave her proof of insurance she would not refund me for the back months that I was charged that extra $12 . I never write a review, but I used to brag about her storage unit from past experiences. I insisted on getting refunded back the $12 I was charged unnecessarily. She said she couldn’t do it because of her computer. I called BS on that you’re the owner of the company and you don’t know how to do a refund. And who raises the rent three months into your storage unit for the year unbelievable worst business management ever!!!! Had another storage unit where I kept my jet skis, and the man never raised my rent for a year. She raises my rent after three months. It’ll catch up to her.
