Our experience buying a refrigerator at Lowe’s in Lincoln was beyond frustrating from beginning to end.
It took multiple attempts just to get the order processed because the staff seemed unsure how to complete the purchase. We brought in our measurements, explained exactly what we needed, chose a refrigerator, and were told it would fit. The manager even admitted it should not have been so complicated and gave us 5% off, but honestly, that did not come close to making up for all the trouble.
Then we waited nearly a month for delivery. It was originally scheduled for the 18th. We had the space prepared and the old refrigerator moved, only to wake up to an email saying delivery had been pushed to the 22nd. So we did it all over again that Saturday.
When the delivery team arrived, they said the boxed refrigerator would not fit through our doorway by about half an inch. They would not take it out of the box, discuss options, or help problem-solve. They did not take the time to check whether a back door would work. They did not explore removing a door or another removable piece from the refrigerator to see if it could fit. They were in and out of our house within just a few minutes, leaving us with no refrigerator and no real help.
It felt like they were much more concerned with finishing their deliveries and getting off work than helping a customer who had waited nearly a month for an appliance. After the trouble ordering, the long wait, the delivery delay, and the complete lack of support when it arrived, we will not purchase from Lowe’s again.
A refrigerator is a major purchase. Customers deserve knowledgeable staff, clear communication, and a delivery team willing to make a reasonable effort to find a solution. On top of it they were rude!

Im simply trying to buy an ego yard power tool set. What Im looking to buy costs at least $1,300 dollars. I was standing in front of the mower for about 10 minutes looking at them, all the store associates kept passing by none asked if I needed help. I saw a lady walk at the isle next to me so I called her for help, she was not familiar with the products so she called a guy over on the walkie. All guy can tell me was what I was reading of the signs, I mean If I was going to sell something that expensive I would at least try to harder. I told the guy that at home depot they seem to know more on their products then he replied, well were not home depot so. Thats when I walked away. Thats over a thousand dollars you could have made today, but its lowes they wont even care about it. Just another customer complaint.

I have been using you since you opened. This is a rating of your advertising agency. You have great people and I have never had a bad experience there. You need to fire your advertising agency. Everytime I hear a Lowes ad I cringe. They are constant. They are really poor. I will drive the few blocks to support some other company that isn't so offensive in their advertising. I can not imagine what you are paying them. But it is a lot. They have driven this comtomer away.
