The young man helping was kind of rude, in my opinion, because I didn't realize there was a certain way I was supposed to go in to pick up the mulch I purchased. I felt like the attitude was not necessary, it was an honest mistake.
- SBSamuel Bethune3 days ago1.0We bought a new LG dryer from Lowe's and paid extra for "set up", except it was not set up at all. At the store both my wife and I specified that the door was to be reversed due to the way our laundry room is arranged. In fact, we both ascertained that the door was reversible and said this numerous times to the store associate who sold it to us. When the dryer was delivered five days later this had not been done so in order to correct the sutuation they reversed the position of the washer and put the dryer where the washer was. My washer is now next to the dryer vent and about 3 to 4 feet from the hot and cold water. The dryer is about 5-6 feer from the 220 volt outlet and dryer vent and has a 220 volt cord running over the top of the water supply for the waaher, which I consider to be unsafe. Additionally, the dryer was not levelled and I found a piece of the dryer vent discarded in our back yard. I can't believe I paid $50 for this incompetent service!

- SSSpringerstineMay 7, 20261.0Avoid Lowes like the plague, their products are mediocre and they hire worthless 3rd party contractors who will point the finger at other people when they cant do their job, and Lowes wont even compensate you for their terrible selection of people. Dustin in appliances is the only saving grace at the store, give that man a raise and make him the manager. I bet this wouldn’t have happened if that was the case.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
