- BCBrandon CainJun 23, 20261.0Initially they did a key extraction, to which they were fast, but then promised to take my broken key and look into a replacement. They took my number and said theyd call me the next day. They didn't contact me again for 7 days, after calling their dispatcher every day trying to get an update. Every call ended with a "stay by thr phone, we will call right back with an update." Only after mentioning losing money due to their negligence did I finally get a call back. I have a phone addiction, so ive had my phone on me and up at every point with good service. They said they've called me many times, but not until they were at risk for repercussions did they get back to me. I strongly advise against using these guys, I tried to give leeway, but their unprofessionalism just went too far.
