- MMMvargasSep 29, 20261.0Terrible experience! I am not buying from furniture row again. Orders take forever to arrive, once it arrives it takes them forever to deliver as well. Before I placed this order I asked them will it take a long time to arrive? Otherwise I will look somewhere else, the sales person told me my order would arrive Mid Aug/End of Aug. End of September and my order just arrived, now they don’t have any open space for delivery until end of Oct. I am very disappointed!
- ASAngela SoucekSep 24, 20261.0This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a furniture store. Bedroom furniture set ordered aug 7th, I was notified sept 2nd it had arrived in store and set up to deliver on the 4th. They called on the 3rd saying my dresser was damaged and did I want it at a discount or reordered. I chose to reorder. To this day sept 24th no sign of my dresser. I've been in contact a few times now where they assured me it was on a truck to be delivered to their store and then it never made it. I was told on the 15th by their manager Tyler it was on a truck and still no dresser today. Also, when I call it hangs up like they ignore the call and stopped responding to my text messages too which is so weird because I have been very patient and nice every conversation. I feel like this is getting no where, I don't know what to do anymore, who to call and honestly wondering if I'm out of a $900 dresser the way things are going. With that all being said just be very very careful buying from furniture row in Lincoln.
