  Everyone was helpful and very professional. I was afraid that it was gonna be a difficult process to rent a washer under dryer, but the young lady that helped me made everything so easy I believe her name was breezy. give her a raise.

  Their stuff is subpar and beyond overpriced. Look at the sticker price for an item on retail and then calculate how much you would pay in full for the same item. All these ppl care about is money.

  I've been a customer since Arona took over Rent-a-Center the day after I signed a 6 week rental for a washer/dryer. While I do have some concerns about the back end of the system & staff reading notes prior to reaching out to customers, everyone I've dealt with has been professional, polite and kind. My latest experience/rental, again, started a little bumpy. However, I got a phone call from the sweet & incredibly helpful Zoey and she restored my hope! I thought I had a reclining/lift chair reserved for my 85y/o mother w/ dementia that was moving to a care facility 3 states away & wouldn't have hers availablefor several weeks. However when I went to complete the rental and set up delivery, it wasn't there & there were No electric reclining chairs available at all according to the website & the in store employee I spoke too. In comes the hero that I needed, Zoey! She listened to my story, was sympathetic & told me she was going to work on it & would call me back. Within about an hour or so she did Just that! She had found a chair & made arrangements to get it transferred & started the paperwork! We ran into a little speed bump, which was Not her doing, when she tried to pull my file from Rent-a-Center and there was nothing in it. So I had to fill out the application/process paperwork online again, which was a little challenging being out of state & actively moving my mother but was able to get it done. Again Zoey stayed on top of it & made sure everything was complete & there'd be no glitches going forward. Zoey went the extra mile for a customer that was in the midst of a stressful life event & something as simple as a not having a reclining chair could literally be a catastrophe. I told her repeatedly how much I appreciate her & I hope you as a company recognize Zoey for the gem that she is also! Though I wasn't there for the delivery, according to my husband the delivery to the care facility went smoothly. The driver scoped out the area to ensure there were no obstacles, was quite and respectful of the environment & completed delivery in a timely & professional manor. Thank You, Sheri Stehlik

  First time coming here since RAC merged with them, these guys are super helpful, easy to deal with and very nice. Its a shame I didn't know about them sooner. 10/10 coming back

  From Brandy up front, to Jay and Jeff. Everyone’s extremely professional and will go to great lengths to make sure you stay current on your payments. Also, their delivery crew is very hardworking and willing to go the extra mile! I highly recommend Arona!!!
