  We love working with Acapulco Pools. Originally, we needed some liner leaks fixed at the end of last season. Luis came out and quickly got them fixed before they closed our pool for the season. It held water with no leaks through the winter. As I was talking with Luis, I asked what kinds of upgrades they do and he said they can do anything. We decided to have our entire pool upgraded since as far as we know, it was built in 1974. Luis and his team replaced our liner, tile, all of our pool equipment, the plumbing, installed a cement overlay, a new LED light in the pool and installed an auto fill system. We had them remove some steps and install a new skimmer. Luis suggested lowering the skimmer so we wouldn't have to fill the pool so high that the water was over the level of the liner. This is great because we no longer get a water line on our tile which is difficult to clean. They also fixed our automatic cover which was not opening flush. We had them remove an old hot tub we were no longer using at a nominal price. The new pool equipment has been a game changer. We are using a Pentair Intellichem system with liquid chlorine and muriatic acid tanks to automatically dose the pool. I no longer spend time adjusting pool chemicals, it is all automatic and the chemicals always measure perfectly when tested. We went on vacation for a week and when we returned, the pool was topped off thanks to the autofill device and once again pool chemicals measured perfectly. The entire pool seems brand new and the maintenance workload has disappeared. Working with Acapulco Pools is a pleasure. The entire crew is so professional and friendly. Luis responds to every question and concern promptly. They also offer a one year warranty on their labor and a three year warranty on new equipment installed. After years of owning a pool I have never been happier working with a pool company. Acapulco Pools is the best in Lincoln. It feels so great to work with a professional pool crew.

  The team that came out was thorough and ensured my pool was set up for success, helping set up a new pool heater and opening my pool for the season! Luis is quick, knows his stuff, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Great team and constant communication!

  We had our pool liner replaced They came and did a great job preparing the walls and installing a new liner they were quick and very organized They were able to do it all in a day Now our pool looks very awesome and I can’t wait for the pool to warm up so that I can enjoy

  We had a tremendous experience with Acapulco Pool when we needed our automatic pool cover cords fixed. They were fast and kept us updated on the part status. The customer service was fantastic and price was very competitive. We will definitely be return customers.
