- KSKimberly Spivey2 days ago5.0i was so disappointed to see that people give such a bad grading bc i use this dry cleaner all the time and they are wonderful. they are overworked but always give great service and my husband and my clothes are always in excellent condition.

He very rudely told me that I needed to stop wearing a fuzzy scarf and that this would be a difficult project. He told me it would take several weeks and was slightly annoyed that I brought the coat in. I left the coat but returned within a few minutes to pick up the coat and go somewhere else. He asked why and I told him that he was extremely rude. For a small business, he needs to work on his customer service skills. He tried to explain how busy he was but that is not my problem. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go there!
