  This company does not back it's product. In March 2026, I placed a custom order for a dining table with Yoder’s Amish Furniture in Greenwood, NE, paying a deposit. The final payment was made upon delivery in August 2026, I selected this merchant specifically based on their website’s explicit advertising guaranteeing "lifetime-quality furniture" made of durable Amish hardwood. Upon receiving and using the table, the finish immediately began scratching easily under normal, light daily use. When I contacted the store owner to report the defective finish, he offered to refinish the table. However, when I asked if the refinished surface would withstand normal daily use, the owner explicitly instructed me that I should not be setting anything on the table—including basic dishes—without using placemats. A dining table that cannot hold everyday dinnerware without scratching fails to meet the basic legal standard of merchantability and directly contradicts the merchant’s advertised claim of "lifetime-quality" craftsmanship. While the merchant cites a "non-refundable" policy on the receipt for custom orders, this policy cannot legally disclaim selling a defective product that is unfit for its intended purpose. Because the owner admitted that the table cannot withstand basic everyday use even if refinished, I declined the repair offer and requested a full refund and pickup of the defective item. The owner has refused to issue a refund.

  Drove all the way today. They are closed on Mondays as well as Sunday. But google says open Monday Bummer

  Had the kitchen table and chairs delivered and put together, Excellant delivery, professionally done. Just got the bed frame delivered, the same young man. Excallant again. I wish all companys we' re this good.

  Without a doubt, some of the finest craftsmanship I've ever seen. Sure the prices will make your eyes bulge, but you're paying for top notch craftsmanship. These pieces don't end up at garage sales or thrift stores. These pieces become heirlooms or auction pieces. Go see for yourself and be sure to say hello to the owner, he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
