Having worked in customer relations for decades, including Guest Relations in Disneyland, I recognize great customer service. The manager at Denver Mattress, Big Nunez, gave me that type of service. From the 1st time I called, he was professional, knowledgeable, and had genuine concern for helping me find the right product, which included offering other options not available in the store. He then gave me additional materials to take home so I could further research what we found. With his help, I found the exact bed I need. The other staff I spoke with were friendly & a shout out to them as well.

I was very impressed with the GI Nebraska store. In particular, your sales representative, Mr. BIG. MR. Big had all the answers to all the questions my wife and I had. We had walked out of Denver Mattress to shop around the other stores, but felt a sincere trust with Mr. BIG. My wife and I turned around and went back into Denver Mattress and purchased the mattress Mr Big was showing us without go to another store. Thank you Denver Mattress for having representatives like Mr. Big.

Big (yes, that is his name) at the Grand Island, NE store was very helpful getting us the right mattress for our needs. He educated us on each of the mattresses we were interested in and wasn't pushy. He gave us the pros and cons of each one that we tested which helped us decide on the Aireloom mattress which was one we weren't even thinking of getting when we walked in. Thanks so much for all your help!
