  Trust and believe if my 74 year old mom could write this review she would. My mom got a washer and dryer from arona in Columbus Nebraska, after not even 5 months of having it the lid of her washer broke. Two gentlemen came and continued to break the rest of the lid off, said they’d have a new lid within 2 weeks and gave her the locking mechanism off of the lid… fast forward, it has now been 8 months since those two gentleman finished breaking the lid off of the washer and here it STILL sits 8 months later with no lid. It has caused electrical problems in her home and even when she told them she would not continue to pay for the washer and dryer until it was fixed they threatened her. This location is an absolute joke and they need to be closed down, and this is NOT the first time dealing with problematic items from this location!!! The way yall advertise warranty and if anything happens to products while paying them off is a joke when you think you can make people continue to pay for stuff that hasn’t been fixed and causing issues to their home!!! Shame on you arona, taking advantage of an elderly woman whose husband is in a VETERANS HOME!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Oh and the dryer door has since broken as well! Of course they are doing nothing about that also!!!

  I do not have my furniture yet it was to be delivered Monday after 3 but when it was not here be 5:30 pm I had to call the store and find out what was going on I was informed by Marco I was told that due to unforeseen circumstances it would not be delivered as promised I told him I wanted it delivered Tuesday right away I was told it wouldn’t be here till Wednesday I told him that this was unacceptable and I was not happy and if was the case on Monday why did they not call to inform me I had to call this is a breach of a promise if this is the way business is done hire more people to get the job done NOT HAPPY AT ALL get corrected as soon as possible….Thats all I have to say on this.
