  All has been positive from browsing furniture, during the purchase and the delivery. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the products. The delivery men went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. They were excellent.

  I am a very satisfied customer after visiting HOM Furniture today. Was very impressed with Monica Johnson helping me make my couch purchase and set up a delivery for next week. When I am ready to purchase my leather chairs this fall I want to work with Monica again.

  We bought an area rug for our dining room. Sales associate Nick’s knowledge of the carpet fabrics, and wear and tare helped us in eliminating what would not work for us and made our decision process very simple. We walked through the store and had a question about an end table we were interested in, his knowledge of wood types and uses its top notch!

  We had a very good sales person Jed Dronen. We bought 2 steele flex recliners. We arel very happy with them. I bought a red recliner because it was unusual and my present for my birthday. I did not notice it says " as is" until hyome. I figured it was to late to do anything. First of all the recliner moves to the right by itself. I put a magazine rack next to it so it stopped. I didn't realize it has scratches now. The other thing was we did not get instructions to use the remote. Hom was very good about sending the directions to us. We tried everything can not get it to work. The delivery guys came a few days early to deliver our furniture since we had none to sit on. I thought that was so nice and we appreciated it. I should have asked about the remote but I didn't while they were here. Is there anyway to fix the scratches ? We paid over a $1,000 for it and it was just 2 months ago and already looks bad.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everyone at HOM Furniture has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to recognize both Matt and Grace for the excellent service I received. Matt helped me the day before and was extremely patient and resourceful in trying to find exactly what I needed. Although we weren’t able to locate it at the time and I had to leave, I really appreciated the time and effort he put into exploring the available options with me. When I returned, I had the pleasure of working with Grace. She was equally patient and resourceful and continued exploring every available option to help me get the product as soon as possible. She genuinely went the extra mile to find the best solution. Both Matt and Grace demonstrated the kind of customer service that makes you want to return. We still have more furniture to purchase for our home, and experiences like these are exactly why we’ll be coming back to HOM Furniture. Thank you, Matt and Grace!
