  Excellent Expertise and Selection! I did a fair amount of research prior to shopping in person for a sofa and chair for my living room. I read several reviews of retailers and it seemed that HOM furniture was one of the top ones; they were my first stop. I went in and Nick helped me. He has been in the industry for many years, and he was happy to take his time. I asked lots of questions, and he answered them confidently. He genuinely provides the level of service I was hoping for. He makes the shopping experience fun and informative. He will give you his honest opinion without being pushy, judgmental, or condescending. He explains price and quality very well. He does not speak down on lower priced furniture or push you into the most expensive item. He explains why each piece is priced accordingly. I truly would not recommend any other furniture retailer in the area; trust me I visited them all. Many others did not take their time to answer my questions, or even take me as a serious sales lead. Others, did not have the selection or the knowledge that Nick and the rest of the team did. I couldn't be more please with my experience. HOM, you are doing it right!

  John O. was our sales guy and he was truly amazing. He worked with us on all of our challenges and made sure we were happy with our purchases and delivery. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received!

  No one greeted or approached me, all while there were 3 people standing up front behind the podium. One on his phone the others just looking at me. (Pretty sure I looked normal!). I asked 2 other couples and they were not acknowledged either. One suggested if this is how they are when you’re walking through the store ready to buy, imagine how they would be if you had an issue with a product. Good point! No thank you Hom Furniture.

  Nick was great for us and our purchase. Greeted us upon entry, occasionally checked in during our tour of the store, gave us important and relevant information regarding our final selection for purchase, assisted in the paperwork, and even facilitated the delivery and placement of the chair into our home! For us, just the right amount of interaction, from beginning to end.

  Upon our entry into the store, Nick introduced himself and offered any assistance we might need to make our visit as productive as possible. He also informed us of the current sales promotion that was concluding on the following day. As we wandered through the large building, Nick would occasionally check in and offer additional details on whatever piece of furniture we happened to pause at. Before we left the store, Nick gave us additional information on a pair of chairs we were most interested in. After sleeping on the matter, we returned to the store to purchase one of the chairs… Nick was away at lunch, but provided the staff on site with the information needed to finalize our purchase. We were unable to get the chair into our vehicle, but Nick informed us that he would deliver it to our home after his work shift was completed. He showed up on time and even helped us get the chair up the steps and inside our home. Great customer service from a great sales staffer… we love it! Thank you Nick, Jonah and Hom Furniture!
