  I highly recommend Willow Creek and especially Sophia who walked me through the showroom, patiently answered all of my questions and sold me the vent free gas logs that I love. Also highly recommend my installers Dylan Shook and Ethan Cutshall for their professional installation, friendliness, and patience.

  tl;dr choose a company that will either pay better attention to details or stand by their word. I received an invoice that was at the high end of what my contractor told me to expect, but I wanted to support a local business. Four days before installation I got an invoice that was 25% !!! more than anticipated because they said they forgot something on the original. Feeling over the barrel because of all the other teams scheduled around this installation (drywall, roof, etc), I was compelled to negotiate a compromise, but then the final bill was still more than we had agreed to. This time they threw my contractor under the bus. I can't remember the last time I had a less transparent experience with something that should have been so straight forward.
