- VHVicki Holleman1 day ago1.0Was in the store on Lumber Lane 7:30pm 5/19/26 could not find anyone to help me. Having a hard time with a foot injury so couldn’t walk all the way to the front, so I called the store and asked if they would send someone to help. I heard them over the loud speaker call for an associate to help a customer. No one ever came! I told the guy at the register in the garden department (Juan) he offered No apology all he had to say was “That’s why they need me on the sales floor!” Very poor customer service do better Lowe’s! May be making my trips across town to Home Depot!

She then assisted me with finding my items and helped me get checked out. I only needed two things which I got in no time thanks to her help. Because of that I decided to go out to the lawn and garden section and found these two beauty's on SALE. Great shopping experience at Lowe's! It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
