    Waste of time to buy in advance and do pickup/curbside. Never anybody staffing so you sit in the car forever then go in and find someone to help. Would be faster to just walk in, find product and check out. This is a regular occurrence not a one time issue

    This Lowes is not as helpful and friendly as most. I go to Lowes over other hardware stores because they are very helpful. This one not as much. Although they will help with no problem.

    Zero stars!!! Bought a zero turn mower for almost 4k and the only reason I purchased from this location was because they showed 2 of the models in stock when I purchased online. I purchased the mower at 8am and app says there was a max waiting time of 3 hours before the mower is ready for pickup which was understandable. 3 hours pass with no update, after 8 hours of waiting, I drive to the Lowe’s and go to customer service desk and the associate had no idea how to do her job and had to ask at least 6 other coworkers what was going on and they didn’t know either. Finally an employee tells me the mower won’t be ready for 2-4 weeks. I was stunned and said how did we go from a 3 hour wait in the app to a 2-4 week wait for this mower the store has in stock…I told her I needed the mower immediately and she shrugged her shoulders. Completely ridiculous. Once mower is received I will be doing a very detailed inspection to make sure there are no parts missing or rusted because I just don’t have any trust in this specific store. While I was in the store there was at least a dozen employees standing around joking and laughing and the store was empty… how does it take 2-4 weeks to get a mower that is already in stock…? Call the assembly team to get this mower put together for a customer who just dropped 4k of their hard earned money on this machine. Why did Lowe’s take my money within minutes of buying this mower if I was not going to even see the mower for months?? There should be a warning listed before purchase that warns buyers although mower is in stock, it may take weeks or months to put it together instead of saying after the purchase the mower will be ready in 3 hours. I am still currently waiting for the mower. Go to a local dealer to buy your mower, not here. Only reason I purchased from Lowe’s was for the Veteran's discount but after all this, it was not worth it at all.

    The store is very inconsiderate about the surrounding neighborhood. They put in a PA system several months ago and I have contacted them four times now about getting them to turn it down. Nothing has been done about it so I figured it was time to leave a review
