I ordered a big ticket item from this store to be delivered to my house. When I ordered and was sent my receipt it showed my delivery address and my billing address which was the same address. The day before the item was supposed to be delivered I received a text saying my purchase is on schedule to be delivered tomorrow and asked was the address they sent correct. This was at 830 in the morning then another text at around 10:00 am. I was at work and unable to check phone so at 12:30 I saw text and responded yes it's correct 2 minutes later I received text telling me my purchase has been cancelled. And I'm guessing cause who ever is responsible for delivery did not really know what they are doing or just to lazy to do there job. So now Lowe's has my money and I had to reorder and pay again. I know I will get my money back from First purchase but tell me I will get it back 7 to 10 days. I guess I did not respond fast enough to the text about address even though it is on my bill twice. But whats funny is we called to speak to a manger that night and sat on the phone 45 minutes and still no manger we finally hung up .the person in charge of delivering needs to be fired and maybe fast food would be a better career choice for them cause it's obvious they are definitely to incompetent for the job they have. There is also a phone number on the order so how about a call to verify address if you can't read your paperwork instead of automatically cancelling a order. Will I could give no star.

I walked into the Wilson store and stopped at the Returns counter with a Craftsmen outdoor lawn tool. I had purchased it earlier in the day and needed to return to the store because I had difficulty assembling it at home. I met Jenna B. who assisted me right there. I want to recommend her for a promotion!! She is a natural leader, knowledgeable about everything, and has excellent customer service skills. Everyone at the counter was supportive to me and to each other on a busy Saturday. Thank you.

I was in lowes shopping and and I wanted to use the Bosch power drill display, and the low level of customer service i got was crazy. The batteries were dead in all of the displays, and when I ask polightly they just shrugged me off!! The level of customer service is terrible.

This lowes used to be my preferred store but it is getting more like a DG with it’s appearance, and last few times I’ve been the lumber selection has been worse than BDC’s 3rd’s or the item I’m looking they don’t carry in the store anymore so online purchase or go to any other lowes and pick it up same day. I don’t know the reason why it’s getting to be a place I’m probably not going to waste my time at anymore but it has become that place . They were much better when Home Depot was across the tracks and that’s why Home Depot is no longer the other side of the tracks!
