- RKRobert KlettSep 22, 20261.0Went to find picture frame, didn’t find anything close to the size I needed. My mother was looking at fabric. A worker yelled at her that what she was looking at needed to be processed first. She was so nasty about it my mom just left. Good because we skipped a 50 person line that wasn’t moving (typical)

- BPBrandon PurezaSep 5, 20261.0Can’t believe I’m writing a review about Hobby Lobby, but here we are. Spent over $100 on some holiday decor a couple weeks ago and got home to find out that one of the items (an $8.39 pumpkin) wasn’t in my bags. No big deal, I just figured I would give them a call and they could refund me. So I call and they tell me I have to come to the store… to get a refund for an $8 pumpkin. Today I drive 15 minutes to get to the store and upon explaining the situation, the cashier calls her manager and says they have a customer that “left” an item. So I guess this is my fault now?? At this point she tells me I have to wait for them to review the camera footage. This all seems a little ridiculous but sure.. at least it will show that I am not spending my Saturday trying to rip off Hobby Lobby for an $8 pumpkin. After a few minutes, Christine the “manager” comes out and tells me that the system is down, they have a truck coming in Tuesday so they’ll be busy, and that I will have to come back Wednesday. I asked if she could just give me a call Wednesday after they look at the footage and shoot me a refund but evidently that was out of the question. I will just have to come back again on Wednesday so they can review security footage for this $8 pumpkin. Garbage customer service to say the least. They put the blame on me from jump street, never apologized for any inconvenience, and were downright rude and unwilling to be of any help.
