I'm a contractor that needs to use the bathroom at the store often as I spend a lot of time there. Their bathrooms are always filthy with piss everywhere, toilets that are very dirty and the disrepair of the stalls an urinals is crazy for a home repair improvement company. You'd think they could provide doors that close and lock. But no, the door are falling off. Do better LOWES! YOU CAN DO IT, I DONT NEED TO HELP!

Tried using my credit card today and it was declined. After calling Lowes number on the credit card, found it was closed on April 20th by Synchrony who controls Lowes credit cards. Reason given was that Synchrony could not verify our information. What, that's really stupid, we have had a L
owes credit card for well over 25 years and have always paid on-time and in full. My only option is to re-apply for a credit card. NO THANKS - HOME DEPOT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Lowe’s Home Improvement.
I started at the Pro Desk, where an associate (curly hair with frosted tips) was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I was essentially told they were “too busy” to help me, in a tone and manner that was completely unacceptable. As someone who values good service and respects people’s time, I found this extremely frustrating.
I then asked to speak with a manager, Karen, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, she didn’t offer much help or attempt to improve the situation in any meaningful way.
I was directed to the lumber department for assistance, but that only made things worse. The associate who came out from the back smelled strongly of cigarettes and had a poor attitude from the start. Instead of helping, he became argumentative when I explained what I needed, showed little interest in actually assisting, and eventually just walked off.
At that point, I left the store entirely. It was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
I ended up going to The Home Depot, which is about 15 minutes away — and the difference was night and day. My questions were answered right away, an associate helped gather my materials, cut what I needed on the saw, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. A genuinely great experience.
I would strongly recommend making the short drive to Home Depot on Eastwood Road rather than dealing with the lack of professionalism and customer service at this Lowe’s location.

Just had the most ridiculous experience I could have expected. I showed up today to buy a miter saw stand listed for 150 on the lowes website. On the shelf it was listed for 200 bucks. On the online listing, there was no mention of "online only". When I got to the register the employee informed me they don't "price match" their own website. It was the clear advertised price and I was confused.
Eventually the manager came to the register to tell me the same story. If I wanted the advertised price, I would have to order it online and use the same day in store pickup option. I ordered in the parking lot and ended up waiting for 2 hours for it to be ready for pickup.
When I finally got back to the store I dealt with a frustrating pickup process. I finally got my item in clearly damaged packaging.
Lowes is apparently intentionally robbing folks who don't take the time to check the online price. Whoever created this "policy" did so with the sole intention of squeezing as much money as they can out of whoever comes into the store.
Apparently this is a more lucrative route for Lowe's. Instead of honoring the price they advertise, they would rather pay a clearly frustrated employee for 2 hours to grab the same item I have at the register and hold it by the return counter, just to have me make another trip out, wait in line to give them my order number and roll the item back out to my vehicle.
I wasted valuable time I could have spent on this project, and I think I'll take my business elsewhere, and you should too. I've have the luxury to take a principled stance. Next time I'll pay more at Ace or home depot, or at least a hardware store with any sort of integrity.
I took a screenshot of the listing for proof. Absolutely ridiculous.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
