This is two times in a row that I have shopped there in the past month and both times I bought plants with stickers on the pot that say the price. They won’t honor that price they honor whatever rings up on their register. Check your receipts people!!
- GUGabi UApr 29, 20262.0Had an uncomfortable experience at the Lowe’s on College Rd in Wilmington today (around 1pm). I pressed the help button because an employee was already assisting someone else, and he loudly said, “Oh come on, I’m standing right here,” in a really dismissive tone. I explained he was already helping someone, but the interaction felt awkward and unnecessary. Another employee came to help, but by then I just wanted to check out and leave. This isn’t the first time I’ve had dismissive interactions at this location. As a young woman, it’s started to make me feel uncomfortable and question whether I’m being treated differently. I’ve noticed female employees tend to be much more approachable and helpful. I’ve already sent this feedback through customer service, but it might be worth reinforcing training to ensure all customers, especially younger women, are treated respectfully and consistently.

You are selling a product that can’t do what it’s designed to do, but yet this multi-billion dollar company can’t take back a product that has been “used”.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
