  I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the Lovesac Wilmington showroom, and especially about Angie. I had originally ordered my Lovesac Snugg online and really wanted it in the Mondo Ultra Velvet fabric. Unfortunately, that fabric wasn’t available as an online option. I even visited another Lovesac retailer in my city and was told that whatever was listed online were my only choices. I was disappointed because the only Ultra Velvet colors available online didn’t fit my living room, so I reluctantly settled for Vivid Velvet. While visiting family in Wilmington, I happened to walk past the Lovesac showroom in Mayfaire and decided to stop in. Angie greeted me warmly and asked about my purchase. As we talked, I mentioned how disappointed I was that I couldn’t order the Snugg in Mondo Ultra Velvet. Without hesitation, she told me, “We can make that happen.” Over the next 30 minutes, Angie canceled my existing order, rebuilt it from scratch, and was able to order my Snugg exactly the way I wanted it—in the Mondo Ultra Velvet fabric I’d been told wasn’t possible. That alone would have made my day, but she went far beyond that. She answered every question I had, explained the products, services, and company in incredible detail, and demonstrated a level of product knowledge that was truly impressive. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about helping me get exactly what I wanted rather than simply making a sale. Exceptional customer service like Angie’s is becoming increasingly rare. Lovesac should consider themselves incredibly fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated on their team. Because of this experience, Angie will absolutely be my go-to person for any future Lovesac purchases or questions. Thank you again, Angie, for turning what started as a frustrating experience into such a positive one!

  Angie was phenomenal! We had to place an order for some new pieces and she took the time to slow down with us, make sure we had everything we needed, and made the whole process seamless. We love the pay by link option and can’t wait to receive our order!

  I had done extensive research regarding the brand and was delighted to see that a store had opened nearby. Nothing like seeing it in person and being able to sit in it and learn all the features. Walked in and was warmly greeted by Angie and she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and had exactly what I needed. She is a master at her trade and extremely good at explaining how everything works. She examined all possibilities to make sure I had the best deal, including even looking at purchasing some of it from Costco that was on sale and getting some parts from her! I was blown away…she certainly didn’t have to do that! She truly treated me like a friend, not just a customer. Highly recommended !!

  We had a great experience at this location! Angie was very helpful and answered all our questions about LoveSac. She helped us build the couch that we dreamed of and made us feel at home. Thank you, Angie! Can’t wait to get our couch!

  Very disappointing experience. We walked into the Mayfair store in Wilmington intending to make a purchase and were immediately greeted with, “We closed 2 minutes ago, and if you’re here to buy, you better make it fast. Our payroll has been way too high.” I understand that businesses have closing hours, but there is a way to communicate that to potential customers respectfully. Being made to feel like an inconvenience before even having a chance to browse was off-putting and left a very poor impression. As a result, I chose not to make a purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters, especially when considering a significant purchase like a Lovesac.
