  My first order was handled by phone with the salesperson working with me, patience was his virtue. However, it would not fit thru my front doors?☹️the salesperson worked with me and I got. Smaller couch but I Love it! Really just what I needed. That’s what I call service!! Would/will buy from them again. Kim

  Joseph, our salesman, was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. He allowed us ample time over 2 visits to select the recliners and right fabric. Hopefully the delivery and condition of the recliners (within 6-8 weeks) will be issue free.

  I recently bought sofas and recliners at Lazy Boy in Wilmington while trying to update my great room. Ellen was so helpful and patient and the end result was gorgeous. I can’t say enough about Daniel. If you’re looking for someone to go the extra mile for you, he’s your man. Lisa Kraus

  Went there over the weekend to order and purchase a sectional. Everything was going well until we asked them to waive the delivery charge. The salesmen went to "talk to this manager" (like we were purchasing a car from them) and came back and said the manager was advising to wait until they have free delivery on Sept 2 and 3rd. The salesmen then asked me if I wanted him to go back and talk to him, which at that point I said no, you more than likely lost the sale, we left the store. I called another store and asked them to send me the pricing for the same couch, they did. I then called back to the Wilmington store asking for the same information. I received a call back from them, I didn't not answer my phone because it said High Spam Risk, I listen to the voicemail and it's the salesmen stating he can't send me the quote BUT now they are willing to waive the delivery fee. I'm sorry but you let us leave the store to continue to shop, ended up purchasing a couch from another store for less than the over $5k that they let walk out the door AND feel much better about the purchase. We have purchased other items from La-Z-Boy and received discounts and fees waived in the past, never again La-Z-Boy.

  Great recliners. Saw them in Charlotte but needed to have them for my lake home near Wilmington. I called Wilmington gave them the model and they delivered them From Raleigh no extra fee to my lake home in a matter of a few days. The service was great and the salesman stayed on top of the entire process. The recliners are so Comfortable. Great decision.
