  This place is absolute trash. I had 3 big prints framed up, which cost me $980. They wrapped them up in a piece of plastic, we had a consistency of plastic wrap,they loaded them in the car. They already said the glass is very fragile, which you would think that they would take better care and bubble wrap and package it way different half way home, and I only live 2 miles away. One of the pieces of glass cracked all the way down the center because of the packaging took it back, and they had enough nerve to charge me another $100 to replace the glass after I literally just spent $980 to have these three things framed up. I would definitely not use this place for anything. Nor buy anything from them, they don't stand behind anything, and they're supposed to be Christians, which is a bunch of BS. The manager was very rude. This place is an absolute joke!

  Why is it every time I go to Hobby Lobby there's olny 2 registers open 20 deep at each register managers walking and standing around doing nothing the old guy with grey hair shouldn't be a manager asked him how long will this sale be on for He said didn't know and walked away im standing there I'll never go back to this store

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hobby lobby. I will be sticking with the Jacksonville location from here forward.

  Today I was treated so poorly by a store associate. I traveled from an hour and a half away only to buy beads at hobby lobby. When I got there the store associate had the aisle blocked off so she could hang beads. When I asked how long it would be closed she pointed to her bin of beads and said “a long time.” This brown haired heavy set girl was turning EVERYONE away from that aisle with her cardboard dividers. She was then called upfront to help and left the aisle closed off. I was so blown away about this and her rudeness to the customers. She also told me I should buy the online and pay the shipping. I looked right at her and said nope I will be ordering on Amazon! I will never shop at this store again. I had planned on spending at least $100 on beads as I am a local artist.

  Usually my experience here is fine. Today my issue is…. The cashier told the customer in front of me that she doesn’t have Pennie’s to give him. He double looked at her and looked back at his hand and shook his head and left. Before she rung me up I said “just to let you know I would like my change back.” She said huh. I explained again before you ring me up I’m just letting you know I would like my change back or at lease round up because yall want the “exact” cost of this product and I shouldn’t be shorted my change. Not trying to sound mean.” She rings me up. Gives me the change and the product. I had to reach over the counter and bag my own stuff. She didn’t ask if I would like a bag or even put it in the bag. No have a nice day or nothing. I never was rude to her. I just bagged my stuff and left. It did make me feel a certain type of way especially me being of color when I just heard you ask the man before me.
