  Honestly, I couldn't feel better in Canady and son's hands. Why? Stan. He has done our inspections year after year (going on 9 years now) and is an absolute joy to talk to. Not only is he friendly and cheerful, he makes sure that I understand everything fully.

  Canady and Son Co has been doing my termite inspection for 30 years. Suzanne, who does the scheduling Is professional and friendly. Parker has been doing the inspection for the past few years, and does an excellent job. He takes his time, and looks for issues beyond just termites. He showed me a crawlspace cover that needed to be replaced, and always Informs me of the moisture reading. I’m very pleased with their service.
