Normally I would shew a door to door salesperson away, but because she had no fear of my ferocious, but fearful dog, I decided to hear her spiel. She was polite, direct, and thorough with her presentation. I was immediately impressed, and felt confident that I wasn't being scammed. Her name is Carly, and she explained that she'd only been here for 2 weeks after coming out from Utah. I thought to myself that this young lady was very plucky in spirit. Not something I find with the youth of today. She set up an appointment for the very next day between 8:00 and 10:00. I received a text from Ian around 8:00 a.m. today, and I was equally impressed with his professionalism. He explained thoroughly how the application process works, and answered directly to all my questions about the company, and himself. He had brought a technician with him to perform service. I watched the process which was very thorough. Much more thorough than two local companies that I have used unsuccessfully in the past. Thank you, Aptive, and welcome to Wilmington!
