I was a bit confused by everything. Andrew did call me and explained things. But I’m still not fully convinced that I made the right decision. The young men, both were very polite and respectful. But, the treatment was very quick and I have a big yard and several outbuildings. Also I was told I’d get an email yesterday, but there was no email. Hopefully I will see it in my email this evening when I check. Like I said, not convinced I made the right decision, just praying to God I did.

Very disappointing experience
I had a very bad experience with Aptive. The service did not work well for my property, and I felt the cost was far too high for the results.
When I decided to cancel, I found the cancellation process very difficult and frustrating. After discontinuing the service, I was charged a $199 early cancellation fee because I had not completed the 24-month agreement.
I understand that contracts have terms, but the overall experience—from the service itself to the cancellation process—was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Aptive based on my experience.

I wouldn't even give one star on this company. I was told from the rep when signing up I would only be charged when they came to spray. June 25 a tech texted and said he was 30 minutes out. I stayed outside for 2.5hrs working in the yard. When I looked at my phone I had a text message from the tech stating what all he had done. I was like absolutely not, he never came. I emailed and called never getting a reply. They were scheduled to come out yesterday and I cancelled the appointment. They then turned around and charged me again. Twice for no service. I have had nothing but issues with this company since I signed up for service. And I do plan on cancelling ALL services and will not be paying a $200 cancellation fee. I have know problem taking it to small claims court. I come with all receipts and messages.

After using their service for over a year, I decided it was no longer worth paying $89 a month. They only came out once a month, and each visit took about five minutes to spray around my half-acre property and fence. Despite that, we continued to deal with fleas, ticks, and other insects around our house and yard.
When I called to cancel, Tyler repeatedly ignored my request and instead tried convincing me to stay by offering to lower my payment to $40 a month and saying they would use better products to prove their service was worth it. That alone showed me just how much they had been overcharging.
What should have been a simple two-minute cancellation call turned into more than ten minutes of frustrating customer service. The poor service during that phone call was the final straw for me. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Great sales team! I had one of your sales representatives stop by my house just a few minutes ago, and he was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything your company offers and answered every one of our questions with confidence.
He also made the conversation personal by noticing I was an Oklahoma Sooners fan. We ended up talking about sports, and he shared stories about him and his dad being Texas Longhorns fans. He even showed me pictures from the Texas vs. Ohio State game, which made the interaction feel genuine and enjoyable.
He definitely won us over, and I'm now a customer. My wife and I are usually very difficult to convince when it comes to door-to-door sales, but we're new to the area and had already been thinking about finding a company that offered these services. It almost felt like perfect timing when he showed up at our door.
He representedee your company exceptionally well, and we're looking forward to being customers. Great job!

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
