- CKChris King1 day ago2.0I'm a customer for over 2 years been put on the back burner over new customers at least 3 maybe 4 times and have had many times of half a treatment or job being done also after that now the cost went up 12 dollars with the last treatment being another half job again I'm not paying a half bill so why do I get a half job done wouldn't be an issue if it was once by mistake or something out of anyone's control but it's not as I said been put on back burner over new customers many times and still paying my full bill to get a half treatment/ job

When I contacted them regarding the billing, they stated service continued and still tried to keep pushing for service that was supposed to be canceled. Shame ya have to get rude to force them to do what is requested.

Come up with an in the house home application kit customers can use instead of wandering a customers home. I disagree with the contract but it did take long for you to skim my account and I didn't want an explanation, You got your money ( Your priority ) I got you out of my house and life. Nest from my window finally the third person I asked did But I told him that I was told that they had to replace the traps every time they come out. And he just laid more down. Instead of replacing them, so I threw the old ones away. I asked if they did removal on cicada. Killers, and they told me, yes, because my backyard is infested, and they said they would take care of it, and guess what? No, they didn't. I still have the roach problem. Big and small. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
