- DMDarius Moulton4 days ago2.0Staff can vary in skill set. We have had good experiences some months, other times we have had to call them back out because the tech failed to spray beyond the perimeter of the house for mosquitoes or didn’t lay traps for rodents in all problem areas. We discontinued this service after finding droppings, asking them to identify and Aptive tech said it wasn’t a pest they covered, use a critter specialist- we hired a critter speciality tech who informed us and explained it was not bat guano as Aptive had thought it might be but just roach droppings. To have a pest control company fail to be able to identify what they are supposed to be controlling is a serious concern with either their training or desire to do the work they claim (or both). Would use someone else for sure.

If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
