I called in today and ask for extension and he said I could and Donny called my husband and my husband proceeded to three-way me in, and as we’re on the call, we’re telling him about the conversation we had with his Coworker, he then proceeds to tell me that that was a lie and that his coworker didn’t say that to me, so I once again asked him to go ahead And re-listen to the recording because all conversations are recorded so that he can see the conversation that we had with his coworker, which then he proceeded to say that he wasn’t going back-and-forth with me and hung up on me. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had, thankfully, the manager Chris did apologize on his behalf, but the behavior for Mr. Donny is unacceptable, and anybody that’s working in customer service over anybody’s account had that type of attitude is not understanding to people’s situations or affairs that they have going on that sometimes they may need a little help is something seriously wrong with them, and they do not need to be a customer service! Especially someone that calls you a lie when you know what the man said to you!

I requested what they call a Holiday pay mid last month because I was behind… they agreed and today they show up at my house stating that they weren’t aware of that and if I didn’t make a payment in full they would take my furniture. As if I wouldn’t give them the last of what I had because of all the money I have already invested. Needless to say they lost not only me after I’m done with this account but I’m making sure that all those I have referred will be done as well. There goes your ongoing business.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
