Ordered a toolbox for a Monday delivery. Status showed put for delivery so we stayed around all day. Didn't come. Tues day same story, out for delivery. Called store, waited iver 20 minutes. They said they use UBER drivers, have no idea where it is, OR, if it was evven picked up. They said we will call you on Wednesday afternoon. Agian NOTHING!

I want to recognize Steve in the Plumbing Department for providing exceptional customer service. We are currently working on a bathroom/laundry room project and needed help with the plumbing. Steve approached us and asked if we needed assistance before we even had to look for help. He took the time to understand our project, explain what materials we needed, and even drew out directions and diagrams to make sure we understood everything.
Steve’s years of experience as a plumber were obvious, and his knowledge was incredibly valuable. This was the second time he has helped us, and both experiences have been outstanding. He is always friendly, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers get the right information and products.

Lowes completely socks. They dropped my credit amount from 7000.00 to 500.00. 800+ credit score. Zero late payments on anything. Payed off card just about every month. Building a house. Just spent 6000.00 at Home Depot. They are much better. Will only shop at Home Depot from now on.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
