Mencor's tree service was exceptional. They came in and were fast, efficient, and cleaned up their work like they weren't even there. They were great at communicating the plan. I can't recommend them enough.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Mencor's. When i started thinking of this project I decided to get 3 quotes. Mencor's was the only company who actually got back to me. Kelvin had sent me a text within minutes of me requesting the estimate and set up a time to come look at the scope. I told him I would not be home and he would need to do everything through my wife and he said as long as she could point to the trees then he would handle the rest. And he did! Not a lot of people still show women the respect they deserve and Kelvin only spoke to my wife with yes or no ma'am which goes an incredibly long way with me. Fast forward and Gaby the office manager was incredibly communicative about what would be happening and set our expectations perfectly. Once the removal day came the team from Mencor's showed up like a well oiled machine and removed 2 tall Oak trees before 10 am. My wife again was raving about how polite and professional the entire team. She said her favorite part was when the climber went to the top of the tallest tree, removed the highest branch, and shot her a big smile and two thumbs up to let us know we chose the right company. And just when we thought they couldn't outperform, oh buddy did they. They swept my entire yard of acorns and debris, most of which they did not cause, they removed a fallen limb from my neighbors and I'm almost certain they laid a little bit of extra gravel into my drive way as to not destroy my property. To the entire team, from my family to yours, thank y'all.

If you’re looking for professional tree service at a very reasonable price I highly recommend Mencor’s Tree Service! I needed two huge oak trees and many limbs from ten other large trees removed. All the work had to be done in tight spaces with limited access to our fenced back yard. Mencor’s responded quickly to my request for a free estimate and provided a written quote with clearly marked pictures and descriptions of the work to be done. Gaby the office manager responded quickly to all communication. Daniel and his crew with amazing skills took everything down safely with no damage to our house, sheds, fences or landscaping. (The photos included in this review are just two examples to show the scale of work that had to be done.). All cleanup was done thoroughly and the entire job was completed in 7 hours. I will definitely call Mencor’s for any tree service I need in the future.

Awesome, exceptional service from start to finish. I will definitely hire Mencor for future tree needs. They treated me along with the whole process well. Khelvin came on time for estimate in beginning of process and explained whole process. Gaby phone support kept me updated on any changes with time frames and paperwork. In addition, I can't remember all the team of guys name, but it was about 5-6 of them, and they tackled my huge tree in my front yard in no time. Daniel and his crew were timely, efficient, hauled away, put the tree in shredding machine, grind stump as promised, and cleaned up any left over debris. Also, whole team spoke with me to verify I was satisfied with the work; absolutely 💯. Now you know they did an excellent job, when one of my neighbors saw my yard, and hired to do a tree for them the same day, on the spot....what that tell you. They are reasonable and made time for neighbor. Most companies would have said call number to set up appointment, but Mencor didn't, and for this, I have much appreciation for them. And not to mention Mencor has a hard working team. 😀

From the moment I emailed for an estimate to the moment the team left my property, Mencor's Tree Service was outstanding! Exceptional communication can be hard to come by, but this team nailed it. Khelvin came out for the estimate within days. He arrived right on time with a big smile and was professional, friendly, informative, and honest in answering all of my questions. At the office, Gabi was incredibly quick, efficient, and proactive, providing all the necessary information upfront while remaining patient with my inquiries. Her follow-up was fantastic, and scheduling was a breeze. Daniel, the foreman, and his crew were kind, thorough, respectful, and friendly. Their skill level is amazing. Watching them work was an incredible experience. They are fast, hard-working, and operate seamlessly together. If we ever need tree work done again, Mencor's Tree Service will absolutely be our first call!
