Sooooooo slooooooow to get help. I ordered a product online and waited 1 hour for them to hand it off to me the day of pick up. Not many options out here for this size of hardware so you just have to put up with the bs.

I always forget to reach out to thank the folks at Weaverville Lowe's. I was making a purchase at the appliance department last week and was helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
