  Great start to finish. Ease of making an appointment with pleasant phone conversation. Excellent techs. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Leave their work area spotless. Highly recommend this company and their great team of employees.

  Joseph showed up on schedule with a "heads up" call 15 minutes before arrival. He thoroughly inspected and measured our existing fireplace and explained his findings. It turns out our masonry grout has deteriorated to the point they recommended tearing it down and rebuilding. They followed up with an estimate to perform the work. Joseph, his helper and everyone else I spoke with at Warmstead were very kind and helpful. Due to the expense of tearing it down and replacing with masonry I will probably tear it down myself (I am a homebuilder) and replace with a wood chase and metal firebox insert. I do appreciate their time and thoroughness and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

  Tony is super responsive and easy to work with, as is Warmstead. He came to our home with Cameron to explore options to repair our chimney, we are still in the process of determining the best approach. Confident he and his team will be able to repair it at a reasonable cost!

  I must say the whole experience of having my fireplace cleaned & inspected was from start to finish very informative & enjoyable. Joseph & Mitch were both very pleasant to deal with, you feel like you’ve known them for years. A very thorough inspection and explained everything without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend Warmstead just from the experience with Joseph & Mitch alone.

  I had an experience with this company when it was called WNC Chimney. The estimate was given, follow up was done to see if the work would be done for my elderly mother through our tribe. Once information came out that the Tribe would review the estimate and decide whether to move forward, the estimate rose from 2,000 to around 7,000. Trust is huge in our community. Why the estimate changed once the payor changed shocked us. We did not move forward with this company. Do your research. Repairs should not change based on the race of an individual, but on the needs of the repair. Disappointed i will be surprised if this review makes it thru the website.
