  Dylan and his helper ( sorry i forgot your name) did a great job both cleaning out our dryer vent area ( we had been using one of those water collection systems , never worked , for a while) and finally I had enough. I had used Warmstead a few years ago ( diff name, same folks) and said to my husband I am making the call. So glad I did! The difference is incredible. Next I hope they add a/c vent cleaning to their services. You won’t go wrong calling them for help. Timely, thorough, good explanations and reasonable prices. Thanks to Dylan (service) snd Lacey in the office.!

  Warmstead came out as scheduled (in fact early) and immediately go to the cleaning and inspection. Total time was about 45 minutes. Blake and Tony were great reviewing our chimney system from top to bottom including on the roof (two story metal roof) and in the attic. Very thorough. Highly recommended.

  We had Blake and Tony out to see if our chimney was safe. They were very polite, clean, thorough, and explained everything to us. Highly recommend them. So nice to work with people who know how to be professional and courteous!

  On time, politely went about cleaning and evaluating my wood stove. Found some issues that I already suspected, but they assured me that the issues can and should be resolved. I'm all in for continuous service from Warmstead, and resolving my issues.

  The guys came out to look at my (defective) wood-burning fireplace and chimney. They were very thorough and professional, and walked me through all of the repair/replace options, so I could make an informed decision. Very much appreciate that they didn't talk down to me and didn't try any high-pressure sales tactics.
