I waited roughly an hour and went to the service decks 3 times to find some help. I have never had such a hard time trying to spend my money on something before. Very disappointed and aggravated with this location, clearly not up to customers service corporate standards

Hate this Lowe's store!! EVERY TIME i go to check out they have half of the self checkouts closed and roped off!! WHY? then they have 5 employees standing around chit chatting,, 3 customers trying to figure out how to use the dang self checkouts and ONLY 1 check out actually working and being used out of all 8 of them!! THIS IS ABSURD!! Put regular check outs back in so people can get out of this store within reasonable time!! Every time, i see employees standing around all over the place doing NOTHING!! PUT REGISTERS BACK IN and put people on them!! Ohh and they way you have your phones setup we can't get thru to Frankie the store manager and your people are not answering the phones!! i sat my phone on my dash and it rang 12 minutes before someone answered,, i ask to speak to the store manager and was put back on hold for 8 more minutes before an assistant manager answered and had nothing to say about the cluster his check outs are in,, as people are backed up into the isles trying to get out and back to work! get your crap together and put all these employees standing around back on regular registers!!

They have turned into the worst. A few years ago, there were people everywhere to help you. Now, you have to bed for help. Someone will just point. And they have younger people working who are completely clueless! I tried speaking with a guy (clueless) about a product. He said he couldn’t help me. Told me to wait. Was gone forever. Came back and told me to go find someone with glasses. I went to the help
Desk. I hit the call button. No one ever came. I tried loading a box by myself and cut myself. Went to the front and finally someone spoke and was pleasant. She tried several people to ask them if they could come load something for me. All of them said that they couldn’t so finally a nice gentlemen who was a customer stepped up and said he would be glad to help. Years ago there was a manager named Sam and that store was incredible. After my experience this week, I’ll be getting everything from
Home Depot or ordering things online. I am about to do a whole house remodel so Lowe’s definitely just lost out.
