I waited 20 minutes for the sales man in the appliance section to finish his sale. He knew I was waiting and didn’t call for assistance. Then when he was done he said he had to help the customer load the item into their car, after another 25 minutes we walked to the front of the store to get assistance and he was there drinking a coke and talking to his friends. When he saw us he said, someone else can assist you in a little bit. Just keep waiting. Disgusting and unacceptable service.

I am a roofing contractor and have been a frequent customer at this Lowe's location for years. I regularly spend well over $1,000 per month on materials, including roofing nails and other job-related supplies.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences with an associate named Gary have been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have found him to be rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist when I have asked questions or needed help locating products. Rather than providing customer service, he often comes across as irritated and uninterested in helping customers.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that customer service is a critical part of the retail experience. Contractors like myself rely on knowledgeable and helpful associates to keep projects moving efficiently. When an employee is consistently unhelpful or disrespectful, it reflects poorly on the entire store.
The negative interactions I have had with this associate have become significant enough that I am reconsidering where I purchase materials. As someone who spends a substantial amount of money at Lowe's each month, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service concerns. I would prefer to continue doing business with Lowe's, but experiences like these make it difficult to justify remaining a loyal customer.

My family and I just moved to this area from San Antonio Texas, we have been working on small projects in our home. I went to Lows to buy a few item that was needed. I was amazed of the lack of interest to help, when I ask about an items I was always directed in the wrong direction, I also ask if they cut wood the person laugh at me. I have never seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism at any Home Depot I have been to, therefore I rather drive 20 or 30 min and get the customer service at Home Depot that I always had.
