- CPChanelle ParkerJul 13, 20261.0Workers seem to be extremely incompetent and unenthusiastic about there jobs. I paid for several items from this particular store. For a dining room table to be $96 for 24 months is unrealistic. But it was the only one that had the style I was looking for. Arron’s delivered the display instead of ordering a new one. The men who disassembled and reassembled this purchase also out assembled a queen size bed. When I paid my movers I was informed the bed and dining room table couldn’t be disassembled because the screws haven been stripped. So I’m stuck paying for furniture that I don’t posses. I have called the store several times because I have moved out of the county . It’s been a full 30 days with no call back from management. I have also contacted corporate with no follow up in the same 30 day period. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Avoid doing business with them. They took my oven yesterday Delivery men were awesome However. I had my oven for 29 days and was charged a month and a half. Phil replied yesterday. Sorry for my inconvenience and he will look into this matter. Ya Right!!! I'll be keeping you all know how that goes

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
