- RPRiver PirateMay 11, 20261.0Toilet seat bolts. I was installing a bidet and one of my original cone shaped plastic nuts broke. A simple common hardware item, but you carry ONLY 2 kinds, and NEITHER are the GOOD kind that comes with a toilet like I needed! I needed the original cone shaped plastic nuts that crush into the hole as you tighten the seat bolts down because they hold firm and well, even though they are made of plastic. But nooo, you only carry 1 flat plastic nut & bolt set (dumbest idea ever!), or a metal nut and bolt set with NO rubber washers! For a store that carries 10 million items and you don't have this basic correct emergency replacement part is shameful! The only plus side is asking 2 different staff, they both pointed me to the correct isle to find your crap selection perfectly. Get your act together and carry original replacement parts/hardware people actually need.

He is an extremely hard worker and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Although he mentioned that he isn’t the boss, he certainly carries himself like a leader. We truly need more staff like him in the garden center. When Kwesi isn’t there, my husband and I will often leave and come back another day because we know that when he is present, we will be well taken care of. We don’t have to lift a finger—he is attentive, helpful, and very polite. Whatever he is being paid, he deserves double. I even offered him a tip, which he kindly declined. I sincerely wish I could give more to show our appreciation. Thank you for such a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again, Mr. Garden!

There were 4 or 5 guys seating talking and I didnt want to bother them so when they all started to get up a asked if one of the guys to help me out well you know where this story is going. They looked at me and gave a look no big deal. So one of them started walk over where the microwaves are and the manager showed up and pawned it on him no big deal then a nice lady wearing a red vest came over as well the manager said can you see if we have one and they did and the nice lady and manager said we can help you with it. I took my cart over to were the microwave were and the 4 or 5 guys were standing i. The way and the nice lady in the red vest asked them nicely to move because I have a coustomer coming over her welloneof them turned around and said why do we have to move so I replied back with do we have a problem here . The guy did not say a word so I I walked passed him with my new microwave and saw his name tag he's name is BOB Well bob your made me very pissed off so I and for the manager that helped me in the beginning and I told him how rude he was and not happy and it was the second time me with rude ignorant workers. I tod the manager I deal with people everyday and I have to bit my tongue. Them moral of this review is you don't mess with people?And i'm going to start going to home depot, i'm done with lowe's
