This place has fantastic customer service! I was there Saturday and Desiree was behind the counter, immediately welcoming and attentive. I had to consolidate the contents of 2 storage units into 1 smaller unit. She took time to help me find the best deal and the best size for what I needed. I am an older woman and was by myself that day and realized I had to move heavier boxes than I planned on. She immediately offered to help me physically move the heavier items, and she checked on me several times to see how I was faring. I was blown away by her generosity of spirit. Her family was visiting her briefly at work and even they jumped in to help! Wow! It was a fantastic experience. Lit up my whole day! Thank you, Desiree, your kindness and ability to see a need and act on it is brilliant!
