- KMK MissettMay 12, 20261.0Fun fact. If you order online from Lowe's and your delivery comes in damaged you need to return it to the store. They will not refund or exchange your product online. Go figure. 😡 If the store had been convenient to go to in the first place I would have gone there to pick up my product. But we're in a rural area up in the mountains. it's 45 minutes on a Long mountain Road down to the store and then back up, along with the time spent in the store and gas. So you order things online expecting them to come in undamaged. But when it does arrive at your mailbox damaged #lowes #loweshomeimprovement doesn't assist you at all. Just a forewarning if you wanted to order something from Lowe's online. Buyer beware.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
