  To be honest this company started off strong last fall and helped significantly reduce the number of weeds to set me up for the spring this year. They advertise a 4-6 week cycle for fertilizing/weed control and this is what we agreed to. After the first application this year they did not come out again until the 8 week mark which allowed a ton of weeds to grow back. After reaching out to Chase, he apologized and said that from this point forward they would adhere closer to the 4 week timeframe. I then waited another 8 weeks with no word from them. I reached out to Chase again and left a voicemail. He did not return my call and this lead me to cancelling their service. Even after cancelling with them and having the front desk tell me that they would have him reach out to me I still have not been called. Overall I am very disappointed in this company for their lack of customer service and inability to adhere to their timelines. It comes across as just another lawn company that either has too many customers to actually take care of them or just looking for a quick buck. This is not how a business should be run. At this time I cannot recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to go with them make sure you hold them accountable to their timelines.

  Every tech who has been out to our house over the 18 months that we have had natural lawn has been great… and considering the shape it was in when we started and the shape it is now there is definite improvement.... Good crew!

  We had initially hired another national company to help us solve some issues with our lawn. It was a terrible expericence and we immediately cancelled. We call Naturalawn as they are local, and the fact that they are using natural solutions. We had our first visit and I was very impressed with Jason who was very courteous, informative and professional. He took soil samples and then treated our lawn with a pre-immergent. He left us a reciept with information on what he did and what product he sprayed on the lawn. We also go a follow up email that stated our service and what to expect. Very professional, personal service. We made a wise choice going with Naturalawn of Jacksonville!
