  A huge thank-you to Chase and his team at NaturaLawn of America for the superb job they did restoring our property after 18 months of construction following a house fire. They cleaned up the property, installed sod, and added pine straw and mulch—and everything looks beautiful. Our experience was excellent from the first phone call through the completion of the project. I called on a Monday, and Chase, along with his brother from Conserva Irrigation, came out that same day to assess the property and understand our needs. We received a quote within a few days, and the work was scheduled for the following week. The team completed everything in two days, exactly as planned, and the final cost was exactly what we had been quoted. After such a long construction process involving numerous contractors, it was incredibly refreshing to have a project begin and end on schedule and at the agreed-upon price. Chase and his team worked hard and efficiently, promptly answered every question, and took wonderful care of us. We are thrilled with the results and have contracted with NaturaLawn to provide the ongoing nutrients and care our new lawn needs. We look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

  **UPDATE** Chase reached out to me after my review and personally came out to our house to make it right. Chase was reasonable and very willing to make things right. So far they have done a great job of getting our yard looking good again with weed control and proper fertilization. I am satisfied with their level of care and look forward to their continued care for our yard. Original Review: To be honest this company started off strong last fall and helped significantly reduce the number of weeds to set me up for the spring this year. They advertise a 4-6 week cycle for fertilizing/weed control and this is what we agreed to. After the first application this year they did not come out again until the 8 week mark which allowed a ton of weeds to grow back. After reaching out to Chase, he apologized and said that from this point forward they would adhere closer to the 4 week timeframe. I then waited another 8 weeks with no word from them. I reached out to Chase again and left a voicemail. He did not return my call and this lead me to cancelling their service. Even after cancelling with them and having the front desk tell me that they would have him reach out to me I still have not been called. Overall I am very disappointed in this company for their lack of customer service and inability to adhere to their timelines. It comes across as just another lawn company that either has too many customers to actually take care of them or just looking for a quick buck. This is not how a business should be run. At this time I cannot recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to go with them make sure you hold them accountable to their timelines.

  Every tech who has been out to our house over the 18 months that we have had natural lawn has been great… and considering the shape it was in when we started and the shape it is now there is definite improvement.... Good crew!
