  First the good, there are some good and well intended people that work at Lake Norman Pool and Spa. They’re over all pricing isn’t bad. They are conveniently located with two locations and have wide variety of supplies. This is why 2 stars not 1. Now the less than professional and good. They are obviously under staffed and not supported by ownership. Make double sure you read all the details of the maintenance contract: if they fail to provide the quality services and you wish to get out of the contract, you still have to pay them the full contract term for the entire season! On multiple occasions services were far less than sub par! On multiple occasions parts or repair services were ordered and either simply never happened or I had to call and complain for weeks on end. In fact they closed my pool and I still have not received the new diverter valve I ordered on August 12th and it’s now Oct 2nd and they have closed my pool! Their technicians were far less knowledgeable than should be—couldn’t even determine which pump switches to turn on and off. When opening the pool—they only put chemicals in no cleaning services. I scheduled to open my pool weeks in advance of a planned event and they left me hanging on both cleaning and start up pump maintenance.

  They are always nice, polite and very helpful. Always enjoy going and just chatting as they test my water.
