  LKN pool and spa is always on point when cleaning our pool or addressing issues that may arise with any of our pool components. They are always available for questions regarding our pool and always timely when an issue pops up requiring service.

  After calling a handful of pool repair companies Lake Norman Pool and Spa was the only to answer and come out to fix my equipment. Responsive and did exactly what they said they would do. Plus I was alerted via text when the technician was on his way and then when he arrived!!

  Lake Norman Pool and Spa has serviced our pool for the last 6 years. In those 6 years, they have been reliable, professional and beyond helpful in teaching me how to care for my first pool. We are sadly moving out of state but I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation and to let everyone know how fantastic they have been.

  Stopped by the Statesville store this week more for an education on pool maintenance being a first time pool owner. With the help from the staff, I purchased burnout and a few other items to address an address an algae issue. Two days in and the burnout is apparently doing its job. Many thanks to the gentleman (didn’t get his name) who walked me through what was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate returning to the store and recommending Lake Norman Pool for new and veteran pool owners.

  I’ve had this company for 3yrs and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Had them fix a jet in the jacuzzi they fixed the wrong one which was very obvious to anyone who turned it on which clearly the tech didn’t. Then i had to have another tech come out because they didn’t put the side panel correct. I Still have a broken jet. Last line today had been the green rim around my jacuzzi, I’ve had weekly service for 3 yrs by them. That’s just a small bit. Let’s talk about the pool. It took absolutely forever for them to order my liner, and when they said they ordered it, and I sent the money they still hadn’t ordered it a month later. My pool liner took 2 months longer than expected. Then was leaking for weeks before they figured it out, simple fix run a pressure test to find it but also instead of fixing the problem which was a skimmer let’s just block it off and run my pool with one skimmer, at that point I just wanted to have to stop filling my pool back up. Now let’s talk about communication, don’t ever expect them to call you unless they don’t have your card on file. They emailed me to clear that they could charge the card on file, I didn’t respond since I am busy sometimes running my own business so imagine to my surprise when 3000$ two weeks in a row was taken out right before the first of the month. What I’m trying to say is this company clearly doesn’t care about their clients, and I am very empathetic which is why it has taken me 3 years to leave a review and anytime someone asks me for a pool company I say go anywhere else but lake Norman pool and spa.
