- AMAlvin MJul 1, 20265.0I never write reviews, but I feel like I have to in this instance because someone on here isn't being completely honest and I find the need to say that the cashiers here are always extremely patient. The cashiers are always so kind every time I shop here and they are the reasoning behind my five star rating. I just saw a review that claimed a cashier named Rodolfo was being disrespectful in an interaction that I witnessed during my last visit here. I just wanted to set the record straight that the only ones being disrespectful that day were the two customers who thought cursing out an employee was okay. The cashier was just trying to do his job and he was the one met with disrespect from people he was helping.
- AJA JJun 20, 20263.0The store itself is classic Hobby Lobby. Clean, well-stocked, and exactly what I expect when I shop there. I deducted two stars because of an unpleasant interaction with a cashier named Rodolfo. There was confusion over signage on an item, and rather than simply acknowledging the misunderstanding or apologizing for the confusion, he became argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional. Even after I made it clear I was no longer interested in debating the issue and simply wanted to complete my purchase, he continued talking and escalating the interaction. A manager was eventually involved, but I left feeling that the situation wasn’t taken as seriously as it should have been. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but customers should be treated respectfully, and employees should know when to de-escalate rather than argue. Unfortunately, this interaction overshadowed an otherwise positive shopping experience.

- KBK BMay 23, 20264.0The store was clean. Some shelves were empty, especially for what I was looking for. I found a couple of things to purchase that were impulse buys. There was only one checkout open, it was the returns lane, so it took a bit to checkout. After checking out I put my basket away in the bin right in front of the check stand. I realized I hadn't paid for the 2nd item. I asked if I could pay for it. I was told to get in the back of the line, which had grown by then. An employee walked up to the woman behind the register and I assumed she would open another register, but that was not the case. She just stood there. One by one the line got checked out and finally a second person opened another register. I was able to step over there to check out. I don't usually shop at this location and I feel the customer service isn't as good as other locations.
