- DLDanielle LippertJul 11, 20262.0Great selection of plants but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I called ahead as we were driving from 30 miles away and specifically asked if their windmill palm was part of their 30% off tropical sale. Was told by the lady on the phone it was and said great we’ll make the trip in. Get there and it’s “sorry windmill palms aren’t part of it” When I said I talked to a lady on the phone who confirmed they were they acted like I was crazy and would not honor it. Sad because they have beautiful plants but the rudeness and lack of customer service will keep us away.

You are more than 30 minutes from my home but look forward to seeing you on a Saturday.
